A PDF with selectable text, the public link of a web page, or text you paste. Scanned PDFs made of images don't work, because there is no text to read.

Yes, from its public link. guideMe reads public pages such as Touch Stay, Hostfully, Notion or a published Google Doc. Pages that need a login can't be imported.
