One guide link per stay, gone when the stay ends
Every booking gets its own link. Guests are greeted by name, tell you when they'll arrive, and lose access to your codes after checkout.
Every plan, free one included
Your guide, Sarah
What are per-stay links?
A classic guide link is shared with every guest and never changes. Anyone who kept it can still read your door code months later.
With per-stay links, each reservation gets its own address. The guide opens with the guest's name and dates, can ask what time they'll arrive, and stops showing your property details three days after checkout, or right away if the booking is cancelled.
Why use per-stay links
A personal welcome
The guest sees their name and stay dates as soon as they open the guide.
Arrival times, without messages
Guests choose a 2-hour arrival slot within the windows you allow.
Codes stay private
Door codes and Wi-Fi are no longer shown once the stay is over.
Cancelled means closed
A cancelled booking loses access to the guide straight away.
Created from Hostaway
Each Hostaway reservation gets its link automatically.
Your usual link still works
Keep your permanent link and QR codes for the property.
How it works
- 1

- 4
The link closes after the stay
Three days after checkout, your details are no longer shown.

Frequently asked questions
What is a per-stay guide link?+
A link created for one reservation only. The guest sees your guide with their name and dates, and the link stops showing your property details after the stay.
When does the link expire?+
Three days after checkout, or as soon as the reservation is cancelled. After that, the guest sees a message that the stay is over instead of your door codes and Wi-Fi.
How are the links created?+
Automatically for every Hostaway reservation, once Hostaway is connected. You can also create a reservation by hand in guideMe to get a link.
Can guests tell me when they'll arrive?+
Yes. With Hostaway links, you can turn on the arrival form: guests pick a 2-hour slot within the arrival windows you set, and you see it on the reservation.
Do I still have a general guide link?+
Yes. Your guide keeps its permanent link and QR codes. Per-stay links are an extra layer for the details you only want to share during a booking.
Is it included in the free plan?+
Yes, per-stay links are available on every plan, including your free first guide.
